On Saturday, July 1, 2023, sons of Ohafia gathered to welcome their brother, Chief DK Uduma, back to their fold in Abuja after his sojourn in Abia state, their home state, where duties required him to go for a while. It was a day of fanfare, excitement, and glitz.

Many distinguished sons of Ohafia were present at the auspicious gathering, and they expressed their happiness to have their brother back in the FCT in good health after some time. As a result, they decided to welcome him and fan the flames of brotherhood and communal harmony for the redoubling of efforts to project and lead agendas to advance Ohafia in ways that will improve the lives of her people in Abuja and those at home.

According to reports seen by TVAfrica, the ecstatic Barr Ume Kalu told OHAFIATV News that Ohafia is a people who respect brotherhood and rejoice together at all times, regardless of the circumstances.

“After a protracted stay in Abia State, we are thrilled to welcome our brother return to Abuja and have him stay with us’, he said.

He promised that this was a nonpolitical meeting of brothers to welcome their own back to their fold and said, “We decided to celebrate his return with a cheerful gathering today because he returned in good health, that is only by God’s Grace.

Barr. Umeh Kalu, SAN, Chief Sonny Mbila, Chief Fab Uche, and Hon. Ibe Osonwa (the member representing Arochukwu/Ohafia Federal Constituency) were also present at the event, which was hosted by Chief Awa Kalu, SAN.

Among the others are Chiefs Charles Nkata, Prince Onugu, John Obu, Linus Iro, James Umah, Barr Ntima, Dr. Uche Arua, and Chief Dave Umah. Their attractive wives and several family members accompanied them all to the celebration.
